You’ll appreciate the care we take with your equipment, as our large equipment wash bay ensures the equipment is cleaned properly before the job starts, which provides confidence that the work is done right. Our in house component rebuild services offer OEM quality consistency without the built in added costs we often see in our competitors component exchange programs. Our specialized technicians have segregated shop areas dedicated to the rebuild of major components such as axles, transmissions, final drives, swing drives and more for all makes and models of heavy equipment. Each component is sold with generous warranty terms to provide you with confidence in our quality products and workmanship.

Complete in-house repairs/recore are available for all industrial radiators, oil coolers, charged air coolers, a/c condensers or heat exchangers. We offer specialized aluminum Tig welding services and repairs and our full-sized boil out tank provides cleaning and flushing of even the largest component. Our quality rebuilt radiators and components come with a full 6-month warranty, however we will also work with you to upgrade your OEM component to outlast the life of the original product and well beyond our terms.

Based on the extent of wear or damage, rebuilding your hydraulic component can save both time and money. Our hydraulic technicians specialize in the remanufacture of pumps, motors, valves, and tooling and utilize quality components for the rebuild from major manufacturers such as Rexroth, Linde, Kawasaki, and Stanley Hydraulics. Rebuilt components are thoroughly bench-tested to ensure quality and performance to original manufacturer specification, and enables us to extend warranty terms to a full 6 months on all of our hydraulic component rebuilds. Our services also include the identification of obsolete or obscure product to allow for available replacement options that will get your equipment up and running.

Onsite and broke down? Need help after hours? At Itec 2000 we understand that your work day doesn’t end at 5:00pm. We offer after hours service on parts and equipment, and mobile services for all makes and models. With multiple service trucks and skilled technicians, we offer onsite repair and maintenance services.
