In 1999, Ray combined his experience as a logging contractor with his appreciation for heavy equipment and the forestry industry, to build a business that would provide superior customer service to contractors alike. With an innate business sense and understanding of customers' needs, Ray has grown his business into a world-class source for new and used parts and equipment. With his strong desire to build honest relationships with his team members, customers, and suppliers, Itec 2000 continues to provide quality products, sensible prices, innovative solutions, and ongoing support to various industries including forestry, agriculture, mining, and construction.

Al started with Itec 2000 as a mechanic's helper in 2005, however his skills improved quickly and the experience he gained as heavy equipment technician in the shop and on the road provided him with a superior knowledge of how things are put together. In 2010 Al joined the ownership group and in 2015 he took on the role of Parts Manager. Al has put together a dedicated team of parts advisors, and through efficient troubleshooting, research, and sourcing, he will ensure your machines are kept running in this highly competitive market.

As the longest running employee with Itec 2000, Greg truly understands the needs of our customers. He began his career in 2000 as a heavy equipment technician and with hard work and dedication Greg increased his importance in the company and joined the ownership group in 2010. Now as CSR of the equipment and hydraulic shops, Greg will gladly provide technical advice, troubleshooting hydraulic issues, schedule your service calls and shop appointments, and see through that you receive the best possible service at a reasonable cost.

Kyla started with Midwest Hydraulics in 2013 as office/parts manager. With the amalgamation of Midwest Hydraulics & Itec 2000 Equipment in 2015, Kyla expanded her expertise of hydraulic components to encompass equipment and components of all types and focuses the majority of her time as one of our most efficient parts advisers. Kyla also worked for 10 plus years as a customs agent and has all of the tools to ensure seamless cross border shipments of parts and equipment. Call her today with any questions you may have!

James has dedicated over 30 years to the heavy equipment service industry with a specialty in forestry based equipment. We are proud to have had him join our team in 2015 as one of our most experienced parts adviser. With his unparalleled experience, perseverance, and evolving knowledge base, James will surely be of great assistance in sourcing parts for your machine regardless of type, year, make, or model.

Lorne joined the Itec 2000 Equipment team in 2016 to manage the Hazelwood Used Parts and Radiator division. He quickly found his niche and moved to outside sales, where he can utilize his 27 years of heavy equipment experience promoting many of the company's offerings. His personality and thorough understanding of equipment and hydraulic systems have enabled him to advance customers through cost-saving initiatives and increase their productivity.

Danny joined Itec in Mar of 2019, with over 20 yrs experience as an owner/operator in the forestry industry. Having personally worked with slashers, excavators, processors, etc. He is uniquely experienced to understand the challenges and the needs of your business. He will be able to bring a wealth of knowledge and insight to our customer base, effectively showcasing and promoting Itec 2000.

After helping out around Itec over the years, Cortney decided to join the team full time in the fall of 2017 to assist with ever-growing inventory levels. At this time, she worked diligently with others to organize the new warehouse addition and simultaneous expansion of stock rooms and the Hose and Fittings department. Now as the inventory manager for the Rosslyn location, and the purchaser for the Hose and Fittings department, she is passionate about keeping things organized and ensuring stock levels are accurate. Our various departments continue to source new parts and equipment to add to our repertoire, and with Cortney's help, we look forward to growing our stock to meet all of your needs.
